Already called 3 times for a simple request to pass on the water level. Agents are busy... Especially with themselves, apparently.

Stay far away from this company. They are unprofessional and didn't even provide an checkout report after we left the apartment. They came by, took a lot of photos, checked everything and promised to send the checkout report within a week. It's now been two months and we still haven't received it. Moreover, they are rude and unprofessional in their communication with their stakeholders. During a phone call, someone from this company started to insult me and said I should be ashamed that I didn't clean the house. I repeatedly tried to explain that we hadn't left the apartment yet and that we still had it in our possession. Before we handed over the keys, we would clean it. He started to yell and kept repeating the same thing. An extremely unprofessional company.
