Makelaar is een zeer professionele makelaar die creatief denkt, erg flexibel was met het inplannen van bezichtigingen en na het tekenen van de koopovereenkomst was het makkelijk om via hen vervolgafspraken te maken voor bijvoorbeeld het opmeten. Ik snap de slechte recensies niet, want ze doen hun werk erg goed.

House sold through this agency. Chosen for a competitive price and a driven real estate agent with extensive knowledge of the local market. The agent dared to ask a sharp price, and retrospectively made a good assessment. Service was always very good, and there was much, clear and proactive communication. We were assisted (free of charge) in the purchase of another property among other things, and received additional advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Where necessary, the agent also dared to say hard things. Not someone who just tells you what you want to hear. I can imagine that this could sometimes lead to a negative review if you are not used to being contradicted. I consider it added value. Highly recommended!

Arrived late for information but were helped kindly.

Unprofessionally treated during a phone call. Apparently, they don't want to go the extra mile for their selling party. Raising voices and wanting to 'put a customer in his place' instead of providing information and giving a neat explanation. Also, no one present is aware of the status of the homes. (Never called back)

Last week I made an appointment for a viewing for a house. And then you get called the evening before that the house has been sold. I think it's a bad thing for a real estate agent to make appointments and still not give everyone a chance to submit a bid for a house.

In December 2020, we were able to buy a house in Ulft because I came into contact with Roger from Vivendo through a friend. The real estate agent made a good assessment of the value of the property to be sold. Based on his advice, in addition to the property, a plot was also sold to a second party as a garden parcel. With care and tact, the real estate agent dealt with the fickleness of this buyer. All of this has resulted in proceeds from the property in relation to the asking price and extra income from the parcel for sale.

Good understanding of the market for this property. Apparently others thought so too, given that this broker had a waiting list for such properties in this region. Fast service, short lines, quick action. Which resulted in the property being sold quickly.

White Brokers took all the worry out of our hands and was a great support during the sales process, which turned out to be quite complicated.
