Wij hebben echt een hele fijne ervaring met Frans en Daisy en natuurlijk met hun interne team. Een huis kopen in Duitsland is voor ons heel soepel gegaan hierdoor. Wij hebben ons huis in Nederland verkocht via hun en een huis in Duitsland gekocht via hun. Het had niet beter of mooier gekund! Ze werken heel nauwkeurig en weten ook echt waar ze het over hebben en ze zijn heel eerlijk, ze maken je niet blij met een dode mus zoals velen wel doen om toch even snel geld te verdienen. Deze mensen zijn echt een pro in hun vak en dat is echt te merken en ze zijn ook erg vriendelijk en dat gaat voor hun heel natuurlijk, niet gedwongen. Ze hebben heerlijke koffie klaarstaan bij een zwaar gesprek met wat lekkers. Ze hebben vanaf dag 1 voor ons klaargestaan met onze vragen beantwoorden etc. Wij zijn erg tevreden en dankbaar voor hun aanwezigheid.

Alles werd snel en professioneel geregeld, inclusief een huurcontract dat goed aansloot op mijn situatie. De communicatie was vlot en prettig, en ik heb een goed gevoel bij de huurders die zij voor mijn huis hebben gevonden. Echt een zorg minder!

Very poorly assisted with obtaining our mortgage. This was pointed out to the owner, but we received no response. Very poor communication, no answer to our phone calls and emails. It took almost 9 months in total before the mortgage was finalized, bizarre!!! This caused a lot of stress. Bad experience with this company, I certainly do not recommend this company for help obtaining a mortgage. The worst thing is that no apology came our way.

At the front, a family member was talked into a monthly subscription that would cover all costs. After signing, various costs emerged afterwards and were interwoven in strange constructions. Following several conversations where we requested clarification, it was decided to stop all services and products with this club. If you want to be treated properly and pay a fair price, my advice is to go elsewhere.

Worst brokerage experience ever! As Justin mentioned below; scammers! 1 star is still too high. I felt completely left out in the cold as a first-time buyer by this agency. The selling broker constantly pushed for an accelerated transfer, but concealed that this would cost me an extra € 4.700 due to a hidden clause (art. 2.2) in the purchase agreement. I was only informed about these financial consequences two days before the notary. The broker: - did not warn against the loss of my first-time buyer relief; - communicated incompletely and put considerable time pressure via WhatsApp (“short on time”, “hear from you as soon as possible”); - nowhere mentioned that the property had not been in the possession of the sellers for even six months, while this is crucial for transfer tax. When I confronted them about this, I received a blunt reaction from Hilde and her little lawyer who blamed it on me and my notary. Customer friendliness = 0, transparency = 0. In short: no trust, no transparency, no service. Solely money-hungry. Subsequently, it appears that they are trying to keep their rating high with fake reviews. Save yourself stress and money and look for a broker who does take his duty of care seriously!!! So you don't have to take legal action and file a complaint with the disciplinary committee like I did. ---- Unfortunately, it is not possible to respond to their message. A month before it became known that the usurious policies had collapsed, Mr. Weerman sold his company and in this way deceived many people. No notification, customers not informed about the dangers, no indication that it was time to get rid of the policies but he did sell the mess himself and earned a considerable amount of money. Reason for this review now so many years later, the intention then. Mr. Weerman wanted to do good and had every chance to warn his clients and acquaintances. Instead, he disappeared and sold his company just before everything fell apart. A warned person counts for 2. A fox doesn't lose its tricks. Fraudster.

Marc arranged the best price for the sellers instead of for our house. Buyers could easily afford the asking price, they said afterwards. He passed on trusted information about the minimum selling price. He was not honest with us about their situation. As a result, the entire sale of our house has unfortunately left a bitter taste.
