Marc arranged the best price for the sellers instead of for our house. Buyers could easily afford the asking price, they said afterwards. He passed on trusted information about the minimum selling price. He was not honest with us about their situation. As a result, the entire sale of our house has unfortunately left a bitter taste. I would not recommend this real estate agent.

Don't look any further, go to the real estate agent Twente! Marc is a very professional and reliable broker, no nonsense, honest in advice and very fast! Communication is clear, doesn't beat around the bush, says what he does and does what he says! Easily accessible and short lines. Our house was sold super quickly thanks to this broker! A very ordinary, nice realtor. A realistic view on the sale of the property. Beautiful creative description on the website. Smoothly arranged photographer and had the energy label determined. Partly due to this it was also sold quickly. Everything was taken out of our hands for a market-conform price.

Voor mij is het belangrijk om samen te werken met iemand op basis van vertrouwen en eerlijkheid, en ik vind een overeenkomst betrouwbaar wanneer iemand zijn woord houdt. Helaas is dat bij dit bureau niet het geval. Het is erg belangrijk om altijd alert en voorzichtig te zijn als je besluit met hen in zee te gaan, en als je een overeenkomst hebt, zorg er dan voor dat zij hun deel doen voordat jij het jouwe doet, want anders kun je er niet op rekenen dat ze de afspraken nakomen.
