I see the misery of the future happening before my eyes and believe me, that is going to happen. The past has taught us that and then the lament begins again. We never learn it. Where there is most demand, nothing is built, consequence: housing shortage. Free up living in recreational homes, then you solve part of the housing shortage. And stop building expensive houses that are now being bought up by investment companies at frankly ridiculous prices and resold or rented out.
