We got to know Sylvia as a rental agent. My husband and I were looking for a temporary housing solution. Sylvia comes across as a very friendly, involved and knowledgeable person and immediately gives a feeling of trust. She does everything she can for you as a potential tenant. We ultimately did not rent the property because we were already in negotiations with a new house to buy quite quickly and we didn't want to commit to a specific rental period. I too am very satisfied with Silvia. Where I usually run into viewings in large groups and an impersonal approach, it was exactly the opposite with Silvia: I was allowed to walk through the rental property alone, had time to ask questions and to get all the documents in order after I was selected for the property, and the lease agreement was reviewed from A to Z so you don't have to worry about the fine print. It was clear that a lot of thought went into both my wishes as a tenant and those of the landlord, so everyone is satisfied. Official matters are handled neatly via email, and for other questions you always have quick and easy contact via Whatsapp. All communication is professional and friendly, and it's clear that Silvia doesn't leave you to your fate once the contract is signed, which inspires a lot of confidence. In short: a well-deserved 5 stars!

Very formal approach even after multiple contacts, where in stark contrast the settlement of the rental period takes place with a photo of a handwritten paper scribble via WhatsApp. Moreover, there were two errors in the settlement, to our disadvantage. Unfortunately, it is not possible to obtain a normal, neat digital settlement despite commitments from Silvia. A pity.
