I found the apartment through funda.nl and came for a viewing. I wanted to rent it, but they never responded with a reaction. I wonder if this is their approach for foreigners and expats living in the Netherlands... what a shame! Very unprofessional. I have already sent all my personal income information and came to view the apartment, but after several emails that I sent them, they could not even respond. I wasted a lot of time for nothing.

Very bad realtor with their own agenda.

Terrible appraiser, van de Berg. Do not answer, all excuses etc etc. The appraisal report took far too long, always convenient to wait as long as corona is active. Work is being made here. Also very weak to protect the incompetent appraiser van de Berg. The rest doesn't work well either, take responsibility and admit and correct mistakes.

We had an excellent experience with Beumer Makelaardij. This is partly due to the good housing market but mainly thanks to the commitment of both employees. Our friendly thanks for that!

This broker already had some interested parties before we came on Funda, which was of course nice. Unfortunately, this didn't lead to anything and afterwards, this broker also proved somewhat disappointing. He was friendly but I constantly had to call him myself to follow up on things, and on the day of the transfer, he stated after the inspection that his schedule was full and he wouldn’t be going to the notary because he would ‘only have a cup of coffee and congratulate us again’. It may not have been absolutely necessary, but it would have been more proper if he had concluded it properly.
