Reinier Rijke is so full of himself that he won't let others finish speaking. He has invested little time and energy in familiarizing himself with the history of a property. He talks over things without giving concrete answers. He also doesn’t bother to check it again in the brochure. He has no problem insulting people. A typical real estate agent who has ridden the economic times. The other employees are very friendly. Don't fall for his talk. A lot of shouting but little substance.

Early June, we walked into the real estate agent's office of De Keizer Vechtstreek in Maarssen to ask if they could help us with searching for an apartment, providing financial advice, and selling our house. We are happy that we did this. The next day a meeting with a financial advisor from GeldXpert, followed by a meeting with the real estate agent himself to indicate what our wishes were regarding the apartment, and then he went along to view our house. And then everything went very quickly. At one point, the real estate agent sent us an email with the address of an apartment that had just been placed on the market. This apartment seemed appealing to us and we immediately made an appointment with the selling real estate agent. The next workday, immediately a viewing. The apartment met many of our wishes and we immediately called our real estate agent to let him know that we did want to buy this apartment. Despite him being on vacation and despite a nationwide telephone outage, he managed to reach agreement on a bid within 36 hours. Our compliments for this, also to the secretariat of De Keizer Vechtstreek. As well as compliments to the financial advisor from GeldXpert who quickly and expertly arranged the financing and everything needed for it. We had made an appointment with the real estate agent that our house would only go on sale when we had bought an apartment. Preparations for this were already being carried out, such as the photo session and other necessary things for putting our house up for sale. The moment the real estate agent told us that our bid on the apartment was accepted, he put our house on Funda. Within 3 weeks it was sold subject to conditions. 18 days after this we received from the real estate agent the message that the buyer had arranged the finances and that our house was now sold. Thanks to the experienced real estate agent and the secretariat of De Keizer Vechtstreek, we managed to buy an apartment and sell our house within 10 weeks.
