This broker is certainly not interested in valuations. In the mid-segment, he promised to call us back by phone the next day. That was last week! He doesn't keep his promises and is absolutely only interested in himself (money). We are still waiting, and we are keeping the media informed about this worthless appointment! This really can’t happen. Valuation very bad, because he says he’ll cut himself once, he doesn’t fulfill promises, cursory look. So if we ever sell, definitely not Mr. Derk. The only thing that is still missing is our promised appraisal! Frankly worthless in terms of promises. An apology is certainly necessary now! We are enormously disappointed in this imposed broker. Why? Because the man is afraid to have to pay millions due to a miscalculation. Then don’t do any more valuations.

Even when Derk was facing technical difficulties, I received a phone call on Sunday to give a status update and put the last dots on the i's before the appraisal was actually completed. Before I finalized my appraisal assignment with Derk, it was stated that if the appraisal difference was too large, I could withdraw the appraisal free of charge. This gave me a customer-friendly feeling and confidence that we would find a solution. I indicated several times before finalizing the assignment, during the appointment, and in app conversations that I wanted to know the value beforehand due to the new house. This was not addressed promptly. And I ultimately received the value via an APP MESSAGE. The appraised value was 18000!!! lower than what another appraiser later estimated. This shows that Derk can only appraise properties in Maarssen. Ultimately, I had to withdraw my appraisal assignment and you won't believe it, I still received the full invoice!!! When calling back to resolve the issue, no one returns the call, and they reneged on the verbal agreement, which was also a binding agreement. False promises, unprofessional, no good appraisers, and unfriendly, don’t do business with them – all hot air.
