Don't pay for their subscription. The number of reactions they display are incorrect. If a property has already been on the site before, the reactions count continues. So a newly posted property will immediately start counting from the number of reactions it had the last time it was there. It doesn't save anywhere, so these statistics are worthless.

Ze is warm en behulpzaam, maar ook ongelooflijk efficiënt en een uitstekende communicator - snelle reacties op e-mails, efficiënt en geduldig, en een geweldige luisteraar (wat zo zeldzaam is in deze tijd!). Dankzij haar heb ik net een prachtig appartement in Maastricht gehuurd en ik kijk uit naar een fantastisch woonmoment. Een echte aanrader.

If you are looking for a website that helps you find accommodation, I recommend you choose any other website except Pararius. I once bought a subscription for just one month and canceled it at the end of the month, but somehow those scammers made me pay a kind of debt for the period in July at the end of the year (in December). I did not receive any notification for almost half a year that I had an outstanding amount to pay, which meant I not only paid for the subscription but also a fine (which was actually higher than the subscription itself). In short, if you are looking for a tool to make your life easier (when it comes to finding a place to stay) - DO NOT CHOOSE PARARIUS - their main goal is to SCAM YOU!

Pararius could be better named “Only for Students”. The platform is completely meaningless for regular housing seekers. Day in and day out, only houses with the note 'only for students' are put online. Even with a paid Pararius Plus account, you get no fair chance and not a bit of transparency. The only time I got a viewing was for a house that literally was about to collapse. This platform gives the impression of arbitrariness and unequal treatment. Absolutely disappointing and certainly not a recommendation for anyone seriously looking for a decent home.

Looking for a room or a rental house? I really looked everything up but kept ending up at Pararius with the best and most current and complete offering! A relief for me after all the other websites I had visited. Keep up the good work!

Don't tell anything at all. It costs a lot and then you get the worst service in the Netherlands. My partner and I had responded to a house and we would hear something within 2 days. We are not emailed or called, so we call and email ourselves. Nothing is clear and no one can help us. Then a week later, we see that it's been rented out. So there you have it, that premium bullshit.

As a letting agent, we have been working with Pararius & Pararius office for several years now. We are always well supported, proactively helped and kept up to date. Keep it up!

Unfortunately, we discovered this too late, along with probably many other real estate investors. geWOON real estate hopefully won’t last long. They rob international students and Dutch people. They don't pay the deposit on time, 3 months no deposit passed on. They fail to repay the GWE costs on time. They draw up a contract for a year to rent. Then they threaten the tenant if the tenant does not sign the new contract, Bot can get the keys to the property. According to the law, the contract is binding. A lawyer will contact you.

House for rent, responded neatly here as required by the company. The house was already rented, nothing indicated that on the site.. but the communication about this is just a DISASTER! The way they respond is simply unacceptable! If you want to be a good company, you should first go work somewhere else before starting a business! Glad we found out so quickly and didn't proceed any further in this process!

Neatly responded to a rental property, this twice when an email came with several questions: income, family composition etc. Normal in these times, with the last question being whether we have time for a viewing on June 15th. After filling out the questions, I suddenly received an email stating that we don't fit the landlord's profile. When I sent an email asking why we didn't fit, I received no response. Sent it again requesting more information about this, since the ad posted contains no conditions so you don't even have to respond. But again, no response. In these times when people are queuing up to rent a property, they are also acting disgracefully towards people. Because even if you meet all requirements, you still don't fit the profiles. Rental prices scandalous, demands scandalous, fixed contract, good income etc. doesn't matter anymore. Just sad times! because where do you have to comply according to landlords 👍
