Wij werden 'out of the blue' gebeld door een andere makelaar die de taxatie voor de koper zou komen uitvoeren. pluspunt: Vriendelijke en joviale makelaar met kennis van de markt (huis werd verkocht tegen de prijs die de makelaar had aangegeven).
