Very disappointing way of doing business. We had a house viewing. We expressed interest. They came by to estimate the market value of our own house. Subsequently, you hear nothing more and the house you viewed is under offer. I understand that things are a bit easier these days and they don't want to keep other bidders waiting. But the way of communicating is not worthy of a HOUSE. Finally, no statement should be made as to whether there has been an overbid. In this case, this was done. In my opinion, not an honest real estate agency. This confirmed our feeling that Pooters Makelaardij is actually more suitable for us.

In my opinion, we had to do a lot of marketing ourselves. They weren't willing to hold an open house on the weekend, so I did it myself. Didn't feel much support after the offer and mainland of the signing date (wanted earlier 7 weeks). However, Damen found this too short, which meant the buyer didn't want it either. When we didn't want to use their services to sell our house, we received another email with a response saying it was a shame because they could still serve us well bla bla bla. Before signing at the notary's office for the purchase of the house, we discovered during the last viewing check a few defects that were not previously known. I and the seller of the house both signed a contract with Damen stating that the seller would still compensate for the defects (damage). The seller had not yet addressed the damage after a couple of weeks. I immediately contacted Damen because I and the seller had signed with Damen regarding the defects. Damen then reacted very unprofessionally! They said they did not want to get involved in this. Now, 1.5 years later, still nothing. Worst service ever! Damen, you should all be ashamed!
