The sale went smoothly, the contact with the office was very good but the open day after more than a year on the market was a little too late. Wij maken al vele, vele jaren gebruik van de diensten van Erik Bessems. Hij heeft bij de aankoop van ons aller eerste huis geholpen ( 1984 ) Hij heeft onze beide kinderen geholpen in de aankoop van hun appartementen. Inmiddels is een van die appartementen verkocht en een huis aangekocht waar natuurlijk ook Erik weer heeft bemiddeld. Tenslotte is de verkoop van onze woning op zeer korter termijn mede door Erik gerealiseerd.
