Beware of this realtor! Unjustifiably charged reporting costs of 484 euros. I contacted the realtor and repeatedly requested a description of the reporting costs. I never received an explanation. After promising legal action, I got the money back after almost 2 years without further explanation. Check whether this realtor has also charged you reporting costs and whether this was legal and be careful with these realtors.

Expat here... Levent has been amazing, patient, helpful and extremely understanding. He helped me with finding, negotiating and ultimately renting out my dream house in Maastricht... while I lived in LA, 8,000 kilometers away.
