Het is alweer een tijdje geleden dat ik met hem heb samengewerkt, maar ik wilde toch graag een review schrijven! Ik begon met hem te communiceren toen ik aan de andere kant van het land woonde, ver van Nederland, en hij was gedurende het hele proces ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Hij reageert heel snel en is bereid om de stappen waar je over twijfelt, tot in detail uit te leggen. Al met al was mijn ervaring met RTZN erg nuttig!

Casper was erg behulpzaam en beantwoordde vragen snel. Het regelen van een bezichtiging verliep soepel, vooral omdat een virtuele bezichtiging mogelijk was. Ik beveel dit verhuurbedrijf van harte aan; het maakte het huren van een appartement echt gemakkelijk.

Communication with this office is a disaster. The houses are too expensive and Casper was never on time for viewings.

Zeer transparante en snelle communicatie. De aanbetaling duurde iets langer dan verwacht, maar toen ik hen liet weten dat ik deze niet binnen de aangegeven termijn had ontvangen, werden er afspraken gemaakt en ontving ik deze binnen een week.

Koen communiceerde prettig en gaf een vertrouwd gevoel. Hij hield goed rekening met onze wensen en we zijn tevreden over het verkooptraject.

Teleurstellende ervaring met deze makelaar. Vanaf het begin was er onduidelijkheid over de voorwaarden van het financieringsvoorbehoud. Achteraf probeerde de makelaar dit te beperken tot alleen de vraagprijs, terwijl wij dit nooit zo hadden afgesproken. Geen transparantie, geen consistentie in de communicatie. Een NVM makelaar en taxateur met jarenlange ervaring mag dit niet overkomen. Zou deze makelaar niet aanbevelen.

We hebben net twee woningen verkocht via Hypodomus. De benadering is zeer vriendelijk, snel en correct. Eveneens de opvolging met feedback was duidelijk en snel.
