Het huis dat wij kochten had veel problemen waar wij niet van op de hoogte waren en dit hadden wij van de makelaar en de verkoper moeten horen, wat niet het geval was en wij hebben dit gemeld bij het makelaarskantoor, maar zij deden er niets voor ons en zei dat je het zelf had moeten begrijpen. Je zou dit oplossen. Wij hebben geen hulp gekregen van het makelaarskantoor, als er een wet is dat na het kopen van een huis, als er zich problemen voordoen waarvan u niet op de hoogte was, u naar het makelaarskantoor kunt gaan en om hulp en schadevergoeding kunt vragen, maar wij hebben geen enkele hulp of begeleiding gekregen in dit opzicht Ik heb een vraag of ze ons zo hebben behandeld omdat we buitenlanders zijn, en of ze andere mensen zo behandelen, ik ben in ieder geval helemaal niet tevreden over ze en ze waren niet eerlijk tegen ons en de verantwoordelijkheid die ze hebben tegenover ons. Ze deden niet wat ze moesten doen.. Ik zeg tegen iedereen (Ze zijn onverantwoordelijk en onzorgvuldig in hun werk)!

Het verkoopproces ging prima, eigenlijk gewoon zoals het hoort en zoals je mag verwachten. Helaas kwam de kater na de verkoop. De kopers en makelaar hebben een onderlinge band en de makelaar had ook het huis van de kopers verkocht. Hierdoor was de makelaar achteraf niet onpartijdig en kwam al helemaal niet op voor mijn belangen. Dat was heel onaangenaam en heel onprofessioneel, waardoor het hele proces achteraf toch akelig aanvoelt.

De communicatie met Claudia van makelaar Eveline Ploegmakers was goed, duidelijk, kort en bondig. Op vragen kwam direct een antwoord en we werden gedurende de verkoop goed op de hoogte gehouden over het contact met eventuele aspirant kopers. Ik kan ze zeker aan bevelen.

De verkoop van de woning ging heel soepel. Ik heb fijn samengewerkt met de makelaar. Informeel maar wel deskundig. Daar hou ik van. Ik raad haar zeker aan.
