The service is far above what you might expect, a viewing on Sunday was even possible and the purchase contract was also made available and signed by all parties on the same day.

The process with the real estate agent went well. The real estate agent was very involved, and kept me well informed of everything. Cooperation was pleasant.

Good contact, always reachable by phone. It took a bit longer before the house was sold but a good price was achieved

The friendly, personal and considerate attitude was a breath of fresh air. It felt like it was about us and our home and not about the next sale for Bato. At a next occasion I will think of Bato first!

Clearly and professionally explained in advance how the process would proceed. Feedback after viewings was excellent. Attentive during the sales process: immediately kept informed of the current status. And the team takes time for both buyer and seller.

Het kontakt met de makelaar liep heel soepel. Alle informatie over en weer deskundig en gericht. Afspraken over vraagprijs, tijdsbestek en bezichtigingen helemaal top! Wij zijn dan ook zeer tevreden.

De aankoop van onze woning ging goed en professioneel, Vera maakte echt het verschil en heeft ons toen goed geholpen. Alleen de verkoop van het huis is toch wat rommelig verlopen. Alles was doorgenomen, alleen het kwam online met de verkeerde tekst en foto’s. Namelijk van de vorige verkoop. Fouten maken kan en is menselijk maar dit was toch wel wat slordig. Verder wel goed en duidelijk geholpen. Daarom de 4 sterren ipv 5.

Zeer vriendelijk, betrokken bij de situatie ,goed bereikbaar en duidelijk over de materie. Ik denk dat de cijfers voor zich spreken.

Het contact met medewerkers Karin en Kirsten verliep heel plezierig Goede en begrijpelijke uitleg, ze zijn behulpzaam en doen geen loze beloften. Ze lopen echt een tijdje met je mee en nemen je mee in het verkoopproces. Ze komen zelfs hun verwachting na dat het huis na 14 dagen verkocht is. Dat kunnen ze zeggen omdat er veel kennis is over de markt. Wij bevelen Evelien Ploegmakers makelaardij dan ook aan iedereen aan.

Al verschillende woningen gekocht/verkocht via Evelien, het gaat altijd soepel en vlot, niets op aan te merken.

In korte tijd was het huis verkocht en alles goed geregeld. Ik zal in de toekomst aan andere mensen aanraden om naar dit vriendelijk bedrijf te gaan.
