I personally conducted the viewings in my house, but the real estate agent (Guido) negotiated on my behalf, which worked perfectly. He also gave me advice when I had various questions and when buying another house. Very accessible and pleasant. I often hear people say that you can easily sell your house yourself, but we think differently about that. Precisely now his expertise is of great importance, also for the buyers whom we believe it's important that they know what they are buying and are happy with their purchase. I would advise, don't look any further and partner up with De Lorijn (Druten), that pays off! The office is also pleasant to work with. I do have my own opinion about things and that was handled well; by discussing it we came to a beautiful end result! For example, we wanted to emphasize the strongest point of the house, the location and the garden, by using drone photos. This was not included in the package, but it was arranged quickly. We also wanted an accurate description of the house, without too much 'real estate agent jargon'. Attention was given to that as well.
