Reachability was high, the possibility of consultation was always available. Thanks to the online file, as a seller you stay informed about the viewings. Nikki knows how things work, is not discouraged by arguments from prospective buyers, and knows what she stands for: the best possible selling price for her client. Our sales process went smoothly and the house has generated sufficient viewings from which a sale originated. Honestly, we were quite critical and that made the search a considerable challenge for Nikki as well. Nevertheless, one day she came up with a house that was for sale (not yet on Funda!). Our hearts started beating faster; this was the house we had viewed in April 2024 during an Open House Day! My house was beautifully presented on funda thanks to a good photoshoot. I personally conducted the viewings in my house, but the real estate agent (Guido) negotiated on my behalf, which worked perfectly. He also gave me advice when I had various questions and when buying another house. Very accessible and pleasant. And not unimportant: a completely different financial picture than with a regular real estate agent.

In 2021, we purchased our current home through Rick Zeedijk real estate agency; we were welcome from the moment the door opened. Now in 2025, we have chosen to sell our house again and immediately thought of this office. After we called, the appointment was made quickly. Mike Zeedijk took all the time to view our house, no rush at all. The asking price was discussed over a cup of coffee and it fit exactly as my wife and I had in mind. I had a quick contact with the salesperson. The moving in for measuring the bathroom was coordinated with the son who had the key. This was not communicated. Normally, we always try to have a contact moment between seller and buyer, usually with the signing of the purchase agreement. Unfortunately, the salesperson was still on vacation at that time and it wasn't possible.
