As a buyer of a home with experience with this agency, self-selling worked for the seller. Until the bidding process everything went as expected. After that you notice it turns around and everything suddenly runs very rough, until you've been to the notary everything is too much effort and every question is too much. It's simply about raking in commissions and not about customer friendliness; to some extent that will certainly be part of the concept but employee Benno is frankly unnecessarily rude in the hope that you’ll stop sending further emails. Quite an emotionally incontinent person who can turn into a toddler who doesn’t get his way. Apparently, I once requested information in 2016 or 2017 and ultimately didn't do business. Last week we suddenly received an email that the photos of our house were ready. So we just received photos of other people’s homes, after which I called and emailed them stating that we did not appreciate this. Now we are being called again while we are not doing business with them. Not professional to simply send photos of a property in Geuzenveld…
