In October 2020 I entrusted the appraisal of a property we wanted to purchase in Filmwijk, Almere to Erik Oerlemans Makelaardij. After a quick phone call and email to request the service, including the object (property address) and details of the selling realtor, we promptly received an answer that the appraisal was scheduled with the seller!
