For the mortgage with urgency, multiple appraisals are needed. Korver real estate agents quickly arranged this for us!

I advise everyone against this broker. For an NVM broker, I find a huge number of hidden defects and still, I have indicated this to the broker several times but he is always too busy so after more than a month, Mr. Korver himself comes to take a look and after 2 emails he drops out; apparently he had already earned his money and leaves the parties to sort it out. Don't start with this broker, it will cost you a lot of money and misery!!
