Een goed kantoor met aardige en behulpzame mensen die op elke vraag wel een antwoord hadden. Heel prettig met ze het huis verkocht en ze hebben lekkere koffie.

Wij hebben Korver Makelaars, en in het bijzonder John en de rest van zijn team, mogen inschakelen als aankoopmakelaar voor ons nieuwe huisje in Aalsmeer. Dit is ons eerste huis en we zijn gedurende het hele proces zeer kundig en prettig begeleid. Met name tijdens de onderhandelingsgesprekken was het heel fijn dat John deze voor ons heeft gevoerd. Dat gaf ons veel rust en vertrouwen. Ook tijdens de bezichtigingen konden we rekenen op deskundige en eerlijke adviezen en hebben we de onderhandelingen met een gerust hart aan John overgelaten, iets waar we achteraf ontzettend blij mee zijn. Nice after 3 years of response! Better late than never I would say.

I advise everyone against this broker. For an NVM broker, I find a huge number of hidden defects and still, I have indicated this to the broker several times but he is always too busy so after more than a month, Mr. Korver himself comes to take a look and after 2 emails he drops out; apparently he had already earned his money and leaves the parties to sort it out. Don't start with this broker, it will cost you a lot of money and misery!!
