Sander communicated everything clearly from the beginning and answered all of our questions, and we had many. We were impressed with the quality of the photos and videos. Even though the market was not favorable and we initially couldn't sell, Sander’s recommendation to remove the listing and wait until January proved fruitful. We managed to achieve a much better price than others who kept trying. We greatly appreciate his professionalism and advice and are happy with the result. During this process, we collaborated with other well-known real estate agents in the city, and Sander stands out as the best. I also like the way his offer is structured, because he puts his money on it to sell it for a great price, so everyone invests in the outcome.

We met Sebastiaan as potential buyers during a viewing. He was the selling agent for RET. After the viewing, it became very clear to us that we want this man as an agent when we sell our own house. He was open and friendly towards the potential buyers and still marketed the house well. I followed RET for a year afterwards. And every time the same story...him on funda, viewings a week later, closing of registrations a week later...

Sander Rademakers of RET is an expert on IJburg. He not only knows the area, it's clear that he has seen the homes being built. He also knows a lot about the construction quality. In our case, he already had potential buyers in mind. He is flexible but always clear in his communication. The office behind him has things well organized.

1 star is even too much. 2 years ago, I bought a house. I was told by Frank that the central heating boiler worked and the electricity was in good order. After we moved into the house, we tried to turn on the heating. It turned out the central heating boiler didn't work. After calling 3 central heating experts, 2 electricians, buying a new central heating boiler, and being €3000 further down in costs, we discovered that there was no ground cable in the house. Our lives were therefore at risk. I called Fris wonen and they stated that they do not offer compensation and hung up in my face.
