Without us knowing, those panels were removed again before the transfer. What followed were months full of empty promises like “I’ll come by next week”, but he never showed up. Later I found out that he had agreed with the seller that he himself would pay for the panels. When the seller tried to help me, he no longer responded to her messages. And they had known each other for years — their daughters were childhood friends. After eight months he finally sent a company to install new panels, but with less capacity than needed to achieve the A label. I was glad at that moment that something was finally happening and let it go. Later the solar panel company told me that he had never paid them and that they still had thousands of euros in credit. Whether he later did pay I don’t know, but at the latest months afterwards. To make it up to me he promised to have a home battery installed — on one condition: that I would remove my negative review. Four months later there is still nothing happened. Every time I ask for an update, I hear that “someone will come by this week”, but no one ever comes. I’m done with it.
