I can't say more than: what a great realtor! Leon made it possible to schedule a viewing despite our busy agenda, which didn't quite fit within the available viewing slots. We submitted an offer on the same day and then came the Easter weekend... You'd think that would be a shame. But even on both Easter days, Leon continued working and kept us informed. At Easter, we also heard that our bid had been accepted, and within a few days, we already signed the purchase agreement. Within 1 month everything is settled and we are now eagerly awaiting the key to our new little house. This was partly due to Leon's clear explanations and his incredibly fast responses. Great support and very good advice

We have made use of Léon's services as both a purchase and sales broker. Thanks to his sharp eye, we were still able to make some final adjustments to our first home (in Munstergeleen), so that the house could show itself from its best side during the numerous viewings. We had several offers with good conditions and were able to sell the property a week after the initial viewing. We are very happy with Léon and his colleagues.

Poor communication, condescending, rude. Apparently it's ‘personally inappropriate’ of me to suggest taking my money elsewhere. My money, my choice. Also informed by the owner that 'it takes 48 hours to answer an email'. If this is the case, you need more staff and a better workflow. Direct quote from email “We aim to respond to your emails within 48 hours, often even within 24 hours. Threatening to switch to another broker or buying another property seems personally inappropriate to me and undermines all the efforts we have made for you so far.” I'm sure there will be reasons why they went out of their way to support us, but I will still maintain that they were rude and unhelpful. I don’t want to pay thousands of euros for such poor service. I look forward to your reply, Mr. Quaden, including the ‘concise points’ you will put in it. I notice that even how busy you are, you respond very quickly to a 1-star Google review. What you should remember is that I don't run a business and my reputation on Google reviews doesn't matter. You are an angry and arrogant man, I do not want to do business with you. Do not contact me again. One star, not recommended.

Leon is the best realtor in the south

Real estate agents have earned gold in recent years. The difference with Quaden is that they deserve this too, instead of just receiving it. We were perfectly helped by Ron, Lilian and Leon. We had an extensive question, which required a lot of customization. For example, we had my mother-in-law's property and my own home that needed to be sold, and a request to purchase a house in Germany. New obstacles kept appearing with delays or unexpected events. However, the team was very capable of handling these obstacles, which came from our side, effectively. Helped from A to Z by the Quaden team, including Energy Labels, photos of the properties, heating engineer, mortgage advisor familiar with the German mortgage market etc. Due to my and my girlfriend's very busy work schedule, they were even available until the evening for telephone and physical appointments. Contacting my father due to unavailability due to work was also not a problem. If I have to look for an improvement point, it is the placement on funda. Some struggles here, such as photos disappearing etc. However, this did not stand in the way of the quick and careful sale and everything was handled to our full satisfaction. Are you looking for a flexible real estate agent who seems to have a solution for everything, knows how to realize a good price for your property and is well supported when purchasing a new home? Friendly, but communication and engagement could be better! Mr. P. was always friendly, the communication initially went well and an appointment was quickly made for a first viewing. However, as the process progressed, the exchange became increasingly complicated! Promised callback appointments were not kept and a second inspection by an independent expert proved considerably more difficult. When we subsequently indicated that we had concrete interest in purchasing the property and submitted an offer, we unfortunately remained without response. Conclusion: As potential buyers, this was unfortunately a disappointing experience because the initiative of the real estate agent was quite low. We know it differently! Apparently, the property in question has not yet been sold.

Ron, a huge thank you for your help and advice! We were able to buy our dream house thanks to your mediation. Should we need a real estate agent in the future, we know who to call! Many thanks for your patience and mediation.

The house we wanted to view is still on the website mentioned here. After this bad review they contacted us. We explained that we no longer had any interest. We had a very unpleasant experience today during a viewing, so I am surprised by all the positive reviews here. Now we didn't really care about it, but ideally the realtor would have rushed us through the house in 10 minutes. So that we wouldn’t notice all the defects in this heavily overpriced house, probably. It must be strange times at the moment and people are bidding crazy amounts, but this was truly very disproportionate. Practically everything was either unfinished or broken. Moreover, we were told that they would still sell the house, so bids could be placed until tomorrow. The house will indeed likely be sold, but not to us in this way. We were also not impressed by the realtor's 'customer friendliness'. A pity. Owner Leon calls 1 day after the review, surprised and shocked. I had a pleasant conversation with him, in which we agree that we partially disagree. I understand that as an owner you don’t want a review like this and hope they will use the feedback positively.

Selling a house in Germany is very different from selling one in the Netherlands. You cannot compare the housing markets with each other, in terms of price and mentality. Really a great recommendation for both the buyer and the seller. As buyers, we have viewed many houses and haven't met a real estate agent like Ron, who does his job excellently, has a lot of knowledge and truly guides you through the process.
