Had a very nice experience with the real estate agent. My wife ended up with Thomas Kempers through an acquaintance. The real estate agent came by before the sale to offer suggestions, everything was well guided during the sales process, both Thomas and Dolores provided continuous interim updates, and in the sales process of our house, much was taken ''out of our hands'' because my partner is heavily pregnant and could focus on that more. Called for a viewing and I was supposed to receive a callback. The real estate agent was anything but representative. Whether we wanted to pay the asking price without a viewing. To which I said the property is worth it, no problem. because the residents didn't want to give up a euro. (The property has been for sale for over a year) I asked about a viewing and he again wanted to know if we were going to pay? I said something like committing unseen? I asked if it had already been appraised? If the appraisal value is correct and we like the property. So when can we view, whereupon he said, call in two weeks but to see if it's still for sale and literally slammed down the phone. Also his manner of speaking was dismissive from the start. Mr. is busy then we are not doing any viewings at the moment, so that’s clear, but this conversation made no sense whatsoever. Don't put your property up for sale here 😬

Geen gedoe met, stuur maar een e-mail etc, gewoon fijn telefonisch geholpen. Als ik ooit iets zou moeten verkopen dan weet je dat je hier in goede handen bent.
