Don't buy a house with De Koning real estate agents! They don't even adhere to their own rules. Everyone was allowed to make a one-time bid before Friday at 10:00 AM. One winning bid would be chosen from all the bids. Although our bid wasn't the highest, it was still accepted (at 1:00 PM). The sellers preferred not to have expats in their old house. We had bought our dream house! When calling off the other candidates, an even higher bid came from those same expats. We received a message at 7:00 PM that it wasn't going through. We were still allowed to make an even higher bid.. Unfortunately, we couldn't do this since we had already offered above the appraisal value. In short, it’s scandalous how Mirjam Ohlenbusch of De Koning real estate agents treats her clients here are the facts: our bid over asking price, first expats bid over asking price, second expats bid over asking price. For the sale of our apartment, we had also asked Mirjam Ohlenbusch.
