For the sale of our house, we were looking for a real estate agent. This agent was recommended by various friends and acquaintances, so we asked them to guide the sale of our house. The sales process was excellently organized. They think along with you and discuss various options such as the different Funda packages you can choose from. The communication is also top! If you have any questions, you can always call or email, and they respond quickly. Nice real estate agent and definitely recommended!

Today I called this broker, before the phone was answered it rang about 10 times.....I got a colleague on the line and I asked about the property in question, a holiday home. My question was whether it could be permanently inhabited and if you can register. There was a long and unclear story and the conclusion was that they didn't know. Then I first called the relevant municipality myself. It wasn't a problem. OK, I call the broker back again, again it rings or ten times before being answered. Because registration is not a problem, I could view the house today because ....viewing day! That’s convenient, my appointment was scheduled for 11:30 am, I immediately left Amstelveen at 11 o'clock and arrived exactly at 11:30 after an 11 km drive, because it is very remote, the travel time by car is half an hour. When I arrived there, nobody was there! Called again and of course again a long waiting time on the phone, finally someone answered. They didn't know that either, let me see they said, yes you are scheduled for 11:30 am. I’m going to send an email to the broker who should be there.....No email, that takes too long I said, please call immediately. The employee said I don't have a phone number......I left after waiting for 15 minutes. What an unprofessional company! You can't sell houses like this!
