Rule 1 of the NVM code of conduct for real estate agents is acting with honesty and integrity??? There are plenty of excellent real estate agents in the area with a conscience.

What a worthless realtor. I understand the other negative reviews now. No knowledge of real estate and appraisals. That's why they don't sell anything but only buy (be careful, see other reviews, they don't know the market and will let you pay 100,000 euros too much). I came for a simple appraisal quote of 500 euro, when I received the bill it was 800 euro. Very unreliable and unskilled - a warned consumer counts for two!

We were helped very well and professionally, very satisfied! Everything was explained clearly. Plenty of time was taken to get a good view of the entire house.

What is this company has become very customer unfriendly in a few years. Reported water damage on February 14th, would be called back. After three days, I had to call again. A slightly irritated lady told me that I had the wrong department but she would pass it on. After nearly a week, I sent an email to the branch manager, and yes, after three days still nothing heard. Called again, unfortunately, no one was present at that department ???Why on earth do you still take an intermediary for your insurance. Well, because as you get older and don't know the subject matter so well, you hope that your affairs are properly arranged. NO WAY!
