I had a contract for 2.5 years with a house from 050vastgoed. If there was something wrong in the apartment you could call or email and there was a quick response. They also came quickly to solve it. I have had a good experience with this!

If something isn't right according to 050vastgoed, it is communicated in a very childish and unbusinesslike manner. Definitely don't enter into business with them. For context: I thought I had purchased the laminate flooring (which is now over 10 years old) and that it needed to be removed, you’d say miscommunication. Below you see a nice example of how they communicate. Draw your own conclusions, I would say. ----- IN RESPONSE TO YOUR MODIFIED RESPONSE BELOW: 1) I have not agreed with anything anywhere. 2) How can the laminate floor be approximately 5 years old when it was already in the house when I moved in? I lived there for eight years. 3) You removed your original response where you again struck a very unprofessional tone, I'll share it below: 'Dear Thomas, you are removing a laminate floor that is not yours. What do you expect yourself? It is normal that you don’t take things with you that aren’t yours.' 4) AGAIN, don't enter into business with this party.

I am incredibly pleased with the service of 050Vastgoed. They were friendly, professional, and quick in their communication from the very first contact moment. Thanks to their help, I found a beautiful apartment without stress that completely meets my wishes. Everything was clearly explained, and the handling of the rental agreement and key transfer also went smoothly. Now that I live there, small jobs that need to be done are quickly addressed and resolved. A recommendation for everyone looking for a room or apartment!

Besides posting fake previews as also discussed in other reviews, this company is also simply an unprofessional business that often has no idea how to manage their affairs and finds communication with the tenant difficult (except for the annual maximum rent increase, then they know how to find you). Tampering with energy labels, unanswered maintenance requests, and making calculation errors with service charges (after which threats from bailiffs followed after pointing out these errors to the company) makes me want to avoid this business like the plague as a tenant. The feeling of leaving this business gave me was better than applying for a mortgage and buying a house. I wish every home seeker much success in these difficult times. However, I would certainly recommend this business if you own real estate and want to extract maximum return from it at the expense of your tenants.

I had pleasant contact with the landlord when needed, for example I received quick answers to questions I asked. All in all a good landlord!

I'm very satisfied!

All of a sudden all 5 star reviews. Very peculiar, especially since in the building where I live, Utopia, it's all drama. They don't respond to emails and the emergency phone that is supposed to be always reachable according to them, isn't answered 9 out of 10 times. Also, you end up paying double for service costs via the annual statement and monthly but they don't do anything about it. Especially Carlo de Boer, you can't have a conversation with him and he only thinks about his image and money. You have my number, so please take the time to contact me. I've been renting from you for a number of years and it's heartbreaking how you treat your tenants. Especially regarding the installation of the heating system and the communication, or rather the lack thereof. And then you still raise the rent from December, when all the studios go up by 200 euros while there's no improvement. Be ashamed.

Poor communication and does not keep appointments.

Bad experience with handover (both times) and also the contact is extremely difficult. Upon receiving the keys, agreements were not kept. A professional cleaning was supposed to take place, but there were still food remnants on the floor, mold in the refrigerator and bathroom, and leftover food in cupboards. The installer for the central heating boiler came for the annual inspection, pointed out that these boilers are incredibly dangerous and advised replacing them. This was reported, but nothing was done about it. They were even contradicted. When handing over the apartment, a deposit is withheld without a legally valid reason. To this day, no proof of 'damage incurred' has been seen. A bad experience in every area, a shame because the apartment was very pleasant to live in.

Really don't go into business with them, not a nice broker! Totally no pleasant experience with them, sluggish contact and doesn't keep appointments.

What an experience: talking to John Schokker feels like being called to the principal's office at school. Short, grumpy and above all: you listen, he doesn’t. No room for questions or input — John prefers to stick to his own monologue. Customer friendliness? It seems as scarce here as parking spaces in the city center. Wat een waardeloze service! Ik kwam binnen voor de bezichtiging en had meteen problemen met mijn Engels. Hij wilde me alleen de benedenverdieping laten zien en niet de slaapkamers boven. Terwijl ik boven was, nodigde hij de nieuwe bezoekers uit en joeg me het huis uit. Echt een enorm gebrek aan professionaliteit.
