Pleasant personality that thinks along with you. Comes across as very professional and is realistic. If you disagree about something, it is discussed and explained how or why things were looked at in that way; in our case, I myself had provided incorrect (too little) information, which is still rectified. This makes you feel like a person and not number so much.

This sale was quite complicated because I live in Canada with a 9;hour time difference and no longer know how properties are sold in the Netherlands. Broker is extremely biased. Simply assumes you can't afford certain things and advises you on things you may have already done to check if a value is correct. Just arrogant. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for selling your own home or purchasing one. Response: yes, no doubt about it. That was your office. You questioned my/our financial position in advance. I also gave you feedback on that.

Great realtor who thinks along, is always reachable, and has a good understanding of things

An extremely bad experience with Brouwer Makelaardij. Brouwer came with a very low appraisal value, which caused problems with the mortgage application. The low value was partly due to gross errors in the appraisal report. For example, an entire floor of the house had disappeared and the sale price of the reference objects was incorrectly corrected, resulting in a difference of 12%. When I contacted them to discuss these shortcomings, I was treated very rudely and unprofessionally by Fabiënne Jager and kept on hold for a long time. I then went to another appraisal agency nearby who were able to appraise quickly and correctly. Ultimately, the appraisal value differed by €95,000 (!) from Brouwer's, which meant that I was fortunately able to get my mortgage.

Fair feedback, thinks along well and does his homework properly. Good assessment of market value. Flexible with schedule. Has good contact with other brokers so that communication lines can be kept short.

Bad real estate agent. During the viewing, he couldn't tell anything about the property, the plot size, etc., didn't have a folder with information about the property. When signing the preliminary purchase agreement, the questionnaire was not included (important for a house with an age clause) and now he doesn't want to provide it. You have to chase him ten times to get information or ensure that he reports a hidden defect to the seller. Literally said to me on the phone: I have nothing to do with you, I don't want to speak to you anymore, and figure out how to get the questionnaire.
