I cannot speak for another. But the son of Noud (Noud has unfortunately passed away) had our house with a very large garage ridiculously undervalued. For a garage where almost 2 cars can fit, with an attic, water connection, electricity, heating and excellent insulation, he valued it at 6000 euros. Totally missed the mark.
