Ik ben met Yael van Dwars makelaars in contact gekomen over een bedrijfspand in Nederweert. Na onderhandelingen met de verhuurder gaf ik aan bij de gemeente te willen checken of ik mijn werkzaamheden wel mocht vervullen op die locatie. Dit bleek niet zo te zijn. Het is vreemd dat Yael mij hiervoor niet in eerste instantie gewaarschuwd heeft aangezien hij goed op de hoogte moet zijn van het bestemmingsplan. Echter gaf de gemeente aan dat ik wel een verzoek in kon dienen om een uitzondering te krijgen op deze locatie voor wat betreft mijn werkzaamheden. Het duurde 2 maanden voor ik antwoord had van de gemeente. In die tijd heb ik geen enkel contact vernomen van Yael. Er werd niet gevraagd naar de status, geen voorstel voor eventueel een ander pand, helemaal niks. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik op 28 augustus van de gemeente te horen dat er een definitieve nee was wat betreft mijn verzoek. Teleurstellend, maar dit heb ik gelijk aan Yael door proberen te geven. Echter nam hij niet op, ook werd er niet gereageerd op de voicemail die ik had ingesproken. Zodoende belde ik de volgende dag naar kantoor. De receptioniste kwam erg ongeïnteresseerd over. Ook toen ik aangaf dat ik nog interesse had in een ander pand wat door Dwars verhuurd werd. Er werd me verteld dat ze het door zou geven aan Yael, maar hij was die middag vrij. Opmerkelijk dat er niet gelijk doorgeschakeld werd naar een andere makelaar binnen Dwars, maar goed. Nadat ik de woensdag erop nog steeds niks vernomen had (inmiddels zijn er weer 5 dagen, waarvan 3 werkdagen voorbij) besloot ik eigenaar Maarten van Laer te mailen waarin ik mijn beklag heb gedaan. Deze mail werd snel geforward naar Yael aangezien hij binnen een paar uur mij belde. In dit gesprek werd het boetekleed aangetrokken, aldus Yael. Enfin, excuses aanvaard. Verder beloofde hij mij nog terug te komen op het andere pand wat ik op het oog had. De dag erop (29 augustus) werd ik weer gebeld door Yael met het nieuws dat de eigenaar van het pand wel interesse had en deze er zeer snel op terug kwam. Ook eigenaar Maarten van Laer belde mij. Deze gaf aan blij te zijn met mijn mail en dat hij onderzoek ging doen naar wat er mis is gegaan in deze kwestie. Hij beloofde mij er binnen een week op terug te komen. Inmiddels is het maandag 16 september. Van beide heren heb ik niks meer vernomen. Van Yael niet over het pand. En van Maarten niet over het zogenaamde onderzoek. Ongelofelijk maar waar. Het moge duidelijk zijn dat ik zeer teleurgesteld ben in de manier van zaken doen bij Dwars makelaars.
