What terrible treatment and guidance. I really wouldn't recommend this broker. Is not fair and has left many things out. Such as access to the VvE (found out when buying that you are €13000 poorer) and pressure to fill his own pockets. In one word scandalous to treat someone who is vulnerable like this. All in all, severely disadvantaged!!!!

We encountered the employees of this real estate agency during our search for a house. Communication via email was fine, communication by phone was unfortunately less so. The agent presented himself as arrogant and unfriendly over the phone, and was not helpful. The viewing itself was also unfortunately mediocre. Instead of a pleasant meeting with informative explanations about the property, we were subjected to an intense barrage of questions about our ‘budget’, and what we had in mind to offer compared to the asking price. Furthermore, after these questions, it was indicated in a somewhat arrogant manner that the asking price was ‘as you could see’ low, and that we would have to bid significantly higher from the outset. In our opinion, strange questions and remarks, especially because we hadn't been in the property for five minutes. All in all, a very unpleasant experience for something that should be a celebration.
