We hebben diverse malen woningen verkocht en gekocht met diverse makelaars. Onze ervaring is dat Bert Overzet 24/7 voor ons klaar stond/staat. Hij heeft zeker geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit. Dat is heel prettig. Hij probeert ook mee te denken. Voor ons was het tot nu toe prettig zaken doen met deze makelaar. We waren ook niet ontevreden over het netto resultaat van de verkopen en aankopen. Wat de toekomst brengen moge.........

Slechte ervaring gehad met deze makelaar. Nadat ik een bod had uitgebracht op een woning, bleef het een week stil. Pas nadat ik zelf twee keer contact had opgenomen, kreeg ik een reactie. Ik miste transparantie en duidelijke communicatie over het verdere verloop. Ook de documenten werden niet gedeeld, hier heb ik twee keer om gevraagd. Dat gaf mij geen prettig gevoel tijdens het biedingsproces. Niet voor niks dat deze makelaar niet is aangesloten bij een branchevereniging

Bijzonder goede ervaring tijdens de begeleiding inzake de verkoop van onze (recreatie)woning in Paezens. Transparant, duidelijke communicatie en vlot proces. In the beginning, very friendly, he acted as if he were looking for the right buyer. He made a fake valuation estimate, extra bad because he has a friend who wanted my house but didn't want to pay much for it. So they estimated the house almost 50,000€ less. He waives the first right of purchase without consulting with the owner. And is very unfriendly towards buyers he wants to get rid of. A female salesperson is not taken seriously and belittled. Because you shouldn't think that as a woman you have anything to say. He works together with Hamstra, who clears out houses and does relocations; this Hamstra is a friend of Overzet, he loads his car full of goods from the people who need to empty the house and then sells them privately. Of course, without the owner's permission. He acts as if he has a whole team of people working for him. In reality, he is alone. But the bill is almost 10,000€. These 2 People work hand in hand with each other. Keep your fingers away from these 2 People. I am luckily aware early enough and have hired a real estate agent, one who is honest and worth every cent. BE CAREFUL OF REAL ESTATE AGENT OVERZET

Good information about homes for sale.

Don't go into business with this realtor. Comes across as very friendly but isn't very reliable. And never wants contact with this realtor again. So you don't need to ask me about that! Buy and sell nothing there, and if he once comes up with a price, you can’t lower it anymore, even if it takes years, I heard. He doesn't seem to understand that when people put their house for sale they also want to be rid of it. Very dubious man therefore. The photographer could also do with a course because shadows are always visible. Amateur then.
