Promises were not kept, appointments deliberately twisted, and every attempt at reasonable communication ran into arrogance and contempt. Everything that was in black and white was denied with glass hardness. After a year of misery we were finally able to move out. The property was perfectly handed over, but even then we still got a so-called report with 'noted cleaning and repair work'. A transparent attempt to charge extra costs — without any proof or basis.
