I had not previously contacted Meer Makelaar, but based on the most recent sales in Rozenlaan, I also started a conversation with them. I am very satisfied with the choice we ultimately made for Meer Makelaar; from the first, exploratory meeting to the completion of the sale, everything was excellent! The sale of the garage went well. Many viewings were done and many bids received. Quick, clear and good consultation had.

Less experience gained, which we did not expect. A broker who was not well informed, e.g., about the used materials and walked quickly through the house. After offering the asking price on the same day of viewing, we had to call ourselves the next day to hear what the sellers' reaction was, despite a promise to hear back quickly. We are increasingly developing an aversion to this apparent arrogance in real estate brokerage during these 'fat' times for the offices, but come on, standards of decency are timeless. See this as a refresher for the broker involved. Additional April 2, 2025: Following the reaction below from the broker, who said he 'did not recognize himself' in our experience and requested contact........well then you would naturally expect a response to our extensive email....which was therefore absent. So how seriously should one take the account of this broker stated below......?! Communication as far as we are concerned is severely insufficient.
