The price/quality ratio could be a little higher, regarding the realtor's work. Recently purchased an apartment that was for sale through Zonnenberg Makelaardij in Rhenen and that was a very positive experience: Wistik and his team work particularly professionally, customer-friendly, and with attention to detail. An appointment was made quickly, the questions asked were answered promptly and completely, and the employees in the back office immediately sent the requested information. The negotiation proceeded businesslike; a counteroffer was received within an hour, and the deal was closed that same day. The contractual settlement of the deal also deserves praise: the draft deed contained a lot of additional information and was delivered flawlessly; after a personal signing at the office, I was able to receive the keys to my 'new' apartment two weeks later. If I have something to sell in Rhenen, there is only one real estate agent for me, and that is Zonnenberg Makelaardij, they deserve a solid ten!
