We are increasingly developing an aversion to this apparent arrogance in real estate brokerage during these 'fat' times for the offices, but come on, standards of decency are timeless. See this as a refresher for the broker involved. Additional April 2, 2025: Following the reaction below from the broker, who said he 'did not recognize himself' in our experience and requested contact........well then you would naturally expect a response to our extensive email....which was therefore absent. So how seriously should one take the account of this broker stated below......?! Communication as far as we are concerned is severely insufficient.
