Contact with the real estate agent was really good. If we had questions, we would text the agent and quickly receive a response. The agent also has knowledge of a 1930s home. We sold the house in 2.5 weeks, which we are very happy with. Really a top real estate agent, a true recommendation. Oh yes, and what is also super nice is that a sign comes up too late on the for sale sign instead of 'sold' when the house is sold.
