On their advice, a building inspection was carried out before the property went on sale and every candidate was informed about the deferred maintenance and overpad. I would recommend it to everyone! The gentlemen handled and treated us superbly. First, they helped us find and buy another house. Afterwards, they also sold our (then) house with ease. This also made us eligible for a bridging loan. Both gentlemen literally took all the stress of dealing with all the small print away from us throughout the entire process. All of this didn't even take a month. Because we also had a preference for which bank we DIDN’T want, they also professionally supported us with our wishes and requirements.
