This real estate agency is completely not to be taken seriously. This primarily concerns Melina Rietbroek. I was in discussion about renting a commercial building. The client drove past my property on Sunday evening and took photos without being asked. You would say that she can do nothing about this. Instead of taking the situation seriously, it seems she considers it all as a joke. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and makes it impossible to take her seriously as an agent. I certainly cannot recommend her. Her unprofessional attitude, such as laughing about a photo taken without being asked, shows a complete lack of respect and seriousness.

Had a viewing once, and left my email address for confirmation. Unfortunately, I received a purchase agreement via email for another client with all personal (identity) data of both the two buyers and the two sellers, including the purchase price and the entire contract. I found this very unprofessional, harmful to the buying and selling parties, and extremely reprehensible. I called the real estate agent to report the leak, upon which the literal response was: 'Yes it's human work, that can happen'. The slight degree with which the leak was discussed I found very worrying. I was literally told that my reaction was exaggerated (because I no longer wanted to do business with them and was shocked by the mild reaction of the agency owner). They assured me that this would be discussed with the relevant parties and reported. I sincerely hope I can trust them in this regard. In conclusion, I would strongly advise people not to do business with them.
