Ik ben ontzettend tevreden over de hulp die ik heb gekregen bij mijn hypotheekaanvraag. Vanaf het eerste contact werd ik vriendelijk en professioneel geholpen. Ze reageerde altijd snel op mijn vragen en nam de tijd om alles duidelijk uit te leggen. Haar deskundigheid en betrokkenheid gaven mij veel vertrouwen in het proces. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een betrouwbare en behulpzame hypotheekadviseur!

Mijn vriend en ik zijn zeer goed geholpen bij Roscam Hypotheken. In eerste instantie heb ik contact opgenomen met Roscam vanwege de positieve recensies. Onze verwachtingen zijn met (meer dan) 100% waargemaakt. In deze moeilijke tijd voor starters heeft Marike ons meerdere keren een indicatie gegeven van wat mijn vriend en ik konden lenen. Vooral in de periode dat de rente toenam bleek dit te veranderen. Het was erg fijn om bevestiging te krijgen van wat we maximaal konden lenen gedurende de spannende periode op de huizenmarkt. Marike denkt echt met je mee en we kregen hele goede tips en adviezen. Na een tijdje waren mijn vriend en ik eindelijk in onderhandeling over een woning. Helaas begon de verkoper Digimakelaars wat druk uit te oefenen.. Ze wilden de hypotheek rond binnen een maand. Dit vonden we niet zo prettig. Marike is er toen tussen gesprongen en heeft met de verkoopmakelaar gesproken namens ons. We hadden Roscam alleen als hypotheekadviseur, geen aankoopmakelaar, dus het feit dat Marike ons kosteloos heeft geholpen in dit proces waarderen we super erg! Ondanks dat we dus met een tijdsdruk van de verkoper zaten, hebben zowel Marike en Maikel super erg hun best gedaan om onze hypotheek op tijd rond te krijgen. Dit is dan ook gelukt! Tussendoor werden we regelmatig op de hoogte gehouden over de stand van zaken. Zelfs achteraf hebben ze ons geholpen met tips voor de inspectieronde van de woning. Ook hebben we een week na de sleuteloverdracht nog even contact met elkaar gehad. Ik zou Roscam aan iedereen aanraden!

Erg fijn geholpen aankoop van mijn appartement in Den Bosch. Marike heeft mij begeleid in het hele proces omtrent de aankoop en Gerard heeft er alles aan gedaan om mijn hypotheek z.s.m. rond te krijgen. Ik kan Roscam bij iedereen aanbevelen! Ze zetten echt extra stappen voor hun klant!

Very customer-friendly and professional real estate agency. They are well reachable by phone and have extensive knowledge of the market. Had clear and concise communication with Mr. Meeks. Very pleasant to do business with.

Never go with this nice guy to the sea. We had called neatly for a viewing at Begoniastraat 11 in Beuningen. This nice guy stated that he was unable to show us the house due to the 4-day event. Fine, can happen, everyone has their private matters. But after two weeks still no response. A few times we called back and emailed requesting him to call us back because well, the 4-day event lasts one week, not two weeks. After two weeks we still did not receive any feedback and to our surprise received the message that the house had been sold. Without follow-up, without a viewing, and without any discussion. In short, this man is only concerned with his own commission as an agent and in no way honest. I hope with this review people will realize what kind of real estate agent this is because this is not style. My advice: go to another agent because this one will take advantage of you where you stand.

We have naturally already come a considerable way together, looking back on that, I can give many arguments that made the difference. I started with you because I was running into all sorts of barriers, there was no progress in the weights I used for different exercises, the whole body wasn't being trained, I even forgot my calves. Following from this, you completed my training program, added substantive quality, and addressed all the obstacles we encountered. I was naturally afraid that it would shoot pain into my back, during deadlifts, which of course was nonsense, but a lot could still be developed. You taught me how to deal with aches and pains, if the pain was a 1, 2 or 3 on a scale of 10, and the pain went away within 2 days, then there wasn't really anything wrong, an important lesson for me. We also addressed my overweight. That was naturally somewhat a tricky issue, because this tricky client had indicated in advance that body weight wasn't the first priority. I must state that the weight was still a big challenge for me. I adjusted my eating pattern several times, but there were still small additions to what I ate, which occasionally crept in. That can happen when you’re in a relationship, you don’t entirely determine what you eat yourself. But I have noticed that I generally need less food than I ever thought possible. Slowly but surely, the desired weight gets closer, I now quickly notice when I start to go off track and can therefore anticipate faster. But yes, how do you as a coach actually deal with that, what can you do with it, how hard do you have to push, in what way can you still help people who are somewhat stuck, could you perhaps become discouraged by that as a coach? We certainly came out of it well, and yes, when it comes to body weight, it’s about discipline, and if you're getting older like I am, you burn less than someone aged 20. You can therefore also consume fewer calories. The latest major changes in the training schedule, where we are going to use the four-weekly program with increasing intensity, plus the much heavier weights regarding split squats and dumbbell bench press, are making significant progress quickly, I'm very happy about that. Concluding on our joint path concerning strength sports, I can state that it was mainly a lot of learning (and also unlearning). It has surprised me that the lessons often have to be repeated before they are absorbed, that surprised me, you think that if something is explained, then you know it and will continue to know it, but that turned out to be quite different. Mike had to repeat certain things emotionally very often, for example, the speed at which you perform exercises. You always tend to accelerate the execution, I don't know if that’s impatience. With Mike, I often managed to repeat a particular exercise 12 times. If Mike then unleashed his coaching, I was lucky if I could still manage 8. Concluding, I can state that Mike has greatly helped me forward, in terms of content. Furthermore, I would like to compliment him on how he dealt with me at the beginning. I started our collaboration at a time when my life had come into very turbulent waters, I owe a lot to Mike, he has taken his place in my support team, who pulled me through it, for which I naturally want to thank him.
