Wij hebben onze woning verkocht met hulp van Mitchell van Het Waare Huis. Het gehele proces hebben wij als zeer prettig ervaren. Mitchell hanteert een persoonlijke aanpak en houdt rekening met wat wij prettig vinden. Wij hebben al twee jaar geleden gekozen voor Het Ware Huis maar het lukte steeds niet om een nieuw huis te vinden. Na twee lukte het ons. In die twee jaar kon ik Mitchell altijd bellen voor advies en hij kwam meermaals zonder problemen langs bij ons om de huidige waarde van onze woning te bespreken. Erg prettig dat hier alle ruimte voor was. Toen we ons huis daadwerkelijk gingen verkopen had hij goede tips en adviezen. Er werd een reëel verwachtingspatroon geschetst en de opbrengst van ons huis was uiteindelijk boven verachting goed! Er werden mooie foto's gemaakt en de communicatie was helder.
