Ik kan me voorstellen dat iemand teleurgesteld is als hij het pand dat hij zo willen kopen aan zijn neus voorbij gaat. Maar als er 30 kandidaten zijn voor een pand zijn er 29 die dit pand niet zullen krijgen. In deze exacte situatie is de communicatie niet optimaal geweest.
