Minor drawbacks: determining the strategy to follow could come more from the office (still), the office has a limited network of buyers that they can reach beyond the usual routes (such as funda).

Strongly not recommended; The real estate agent lets you know that there are no available appointments for several weeks and that they select and manipulate the demand for the apartment. P.S.: The manager does not speak English; so good luck if you're an expat. Follow-up/more information: I originally had an appointment planned (for which I was told there was no appointment for me) and this was subsequently canceled 2 days before the viewing because the apartment had magically been sold. I was also told that I may not make an offer before I have seen the apartment and that the documents about the apartment (questionnaire) would be shared during my visit. I tried to express my disappointment when I was called by the real estate agent, but my concerns were not even clarified. I find it strange that I was told that I belonged to the first viewings and that clearly wasn't the case, and also strange that an offer is accepted while there are still viewings/potential offers being processed (especially in a bidding market like in the Netherlands). I hope that future opportunities and meetings will be different. proost.
