P.S.: De beheerder spreekt geen Engels, dus veel succes als je een expat bent. Aanvulling/meer informatie: Ik had een afspraak (waarvoor mij verteld werd dat er geen afspraken vóór mij waren), maar die werd twee dagen voor de bezichtiging geannuleerd omdat het appartement op magische wijze was verkocht. Ook werd mij verteld dat ik geen bod mocht uitbrengen voordat ik het appartement had gezien en dat de documenten over het appartement (vragenlijst) tijdens mijn bezichtiging zouden worden gedeeld. Ik probeerde mijn teleurstelling te uiten toen ik gebeld werd door het makelaarskantoor, maar mijn zorgen werden niet eens weggenomen. Ik vind het vreemd dat mij verteld werd dat ik bij de eerste bezichtigingen hoorde, terwijl dat duidelijk niet het geval was, en ook vreemd dat een bod wordt geaccepteerd terwijl er nog bezichtigingen/potentiële biedingen in behandeling zijn (vooral in een biedingsmarkt zoals in Nederland). Ik hoop dat toekomstige kansen en ervaringen anders zullen zijn. proost.
