Amsterdam, The Hague and Rotterdam named the Randstad as having the highest population density in the EU. Ultimately, the fog is competing and house prices are naturally high! In the last quarter there's a slight declining line in the graphs, but the lowest average selling price for a house in Rotterdam is still 435.000 euro!

Appraiser has been by, make arrangements with them. Nothing will be done about it. If you bring it up to them, you'll get an email back saying the report is already prepared and validated. So if you want changes....... just pay. Who’s making the mistake here? That happened once and never again.
