Wij hebben contact opgenomen met deze persoon in het kader van de aankoop van een woning als investering en in dit verband €1.500 betaald. In eerste instantie werd aangegeven dat aankoop mogelijk was. Echter, ongeveer twee maanden later, toen wij ons in de fase bevonden om een koopcontract te ondertekenen, werd ons meegedeeld dat het proces vanwege gewijzigde wetgeving niet kon worden voortgezet. Het traject werd vervolgens beëindigd zonder dat er een alternatief werd geboden. Ons verzoek tot terugbetaling is helaas niet ingewilligd. Gedurende het proces hebben wij bovendien enige problemen ervaren in de communicatie. Daarnaast zijn wij nadien benaderd door personen die naar onze indruk aan hem gelieerd zijn (aangegeven als zijn zoon en broer), waarbij wij via telefoongesprekken en WhatsApp-berichten communicatie hebben ontvangen die wij als bedreigend hebben ervaren. Alle gespreksgegevens en correspondentie worden door ons bewaard. Wij raden anderen aan om in een vergelijkbaar traject zorgvuldig te handelen.

Een absoluut schandalig gedrag. DBH Makelaardij behartigde de belangen van de verkoper van een woning die we wilden kopen. Nadat we een bod hadden uitgebracht onder voorwaarde dat de woning van de markt zou worden gehaald en dit bod werd geaccepteerd, stelden ze de contractondertekening uit en bleven ze biedingen verzamelen. Dit leidde tot een overbod, waarna ze besloten zich terug te trekken uit het geaccepteerde bod en voor een ander bod te gaan. Het is niet zeker of ze ons bod hebben gebruikt om de biedingen op te drijven, maar achteraf gezien lijkt het een vreemd toeval dat de contractbespreking na de biedingstermijn plaatsvond. EN DIT GEBEURDE NADAT WE EEN BOUWKUNDIGE INSPECTIE VAN DE WONING HADDEN GEPLAND EN UITGEVOERD, WAARVOOR WE BETAALD HADDEN. We kregen niet eens de mogelijkheid om het nieuwe bod te evenaren; er werd ons simpelweg verteld dat ze zich terugtrokken en voor het andere bod gingen. Dit mag dan wel legaal zijn en binnen de rechten van de verkoper vallen, het is nog steeds kwade trouw en misleidend. Zeer onprofessioneel, bijna onethisch. -1/10. Volgens de wet kun je na twee weken (18 oktober 2025) de borg van € 2.300 plus de betaalde huur vanaf oktober 2025 van € 1.150 terugkrijgen voor een kleine lege kamer/woning. Ik heb niets anders dan valse verhalen gehoord toen ik ook de huur betaalde vanaf oktober 2025. U heeft uw studio ontvangen zoals afgesproken. Ik heb geen problemen met mijn buurman gehad, u heeft gewoon mijn fiets uit mijn huurwoning gestolen en ik heb gereedschap van uw technicus gevonden.

Een van de ergste ervaringen die ik ooit als expat heb gehad, en ik heb zelfs in achterbuurten met drugsdealers gewoond. Ze rekenden me dubbel huur aan en ondanks dat ik ze een jaar lang heb gemaild, hebben ze NIETS gedaan om dit te onderzoeken. Ik heb het laten zitten, omdat het veel te duur zou zijn om zo'n groot bedrijf voor de rechter te slepen. Uiteindelijk ben ik verhuisd, maar ze hebben mijn borg niet terugbetaald, ondanks dat ze beloofden dit binnen 30 dagen na de eindinspectie te doen. Ze stelen gewoon geld van kwetsbare expats en ik heb meerdere gevallen van dit soort gedrag gehoord. Ze helpen ook niet met reparaties of problemen. Mijn wifi dekte niet mijn hele studio-appartement en ze stuurden iemand die alleen maar zei dat ik er niets aan kon doen. De appartementen zijn zo gebouwd dat geluid gemakkelijk door de muren heen dringt. Op een keer, tijdens een kleine bijeenkomst met slechts twee andere mensen, stuurden ze om 22.00 uur op een vrijdag een bewaker naar mijn deur die me fysiek bedreigde omdat ik lawaai maakte. Blijf ten koste van alles uit de buurt van deze plek, dakloos zijn is beter.
