If you ever comment on this rental company, you'll end up on the blacklist hahaha first they let you wait for 3 weeks and keep you hanging on the line, and then you get the win from the front that they had already told 2 weeks ago that the house was rented out. Unfortunately, I never gave a reaction that it was rented out What a joke Never but then never go into the sea with these lazy people they do nothing for you and if you say something, you get on the blacklist without mercy Read the other 1 star reviews they literally have shit for you!!!!

This experience was far from pleasant. Unfortunately, it seemed as if they were more focused on collecting money than providing the promised services. Communication was lacking for weeks, and ultimately I was forced to handle the transfer and pickup myself. A scam that I strongly discourage; never before have I been so disappointed in an organization.

In the end, we did not buy an apartment through 123wonen, but we were involved in the entire process, from viewings to detailed contract discussions. I must say that they worked very professionally and from the customer service perspective prior to the sale, I would definitely recommend them to friends. Scott vd.Z. was particularly efficient and effective throughout the entire process with 123wonen. He has restored my confidence in real estate agents in the Netherlands.

You do that and then hear nothing more. Even after multiple times talking by phone with multiple colleagues, or if anything is known. Everything is promised that I will be kept informed. Up to now nothing. In the meantime 1,5 month further.. I'll leave it at that. I don't react anymore to 123wonen Den Bosch. What a pile of garbage company and what unprofessionalism. Make promises but then not carry out any actions. Here I fully agree with that. 2 times happened. I thought it could happen once but after 2x anyway put a review down.

Voicemail was not answered after 2 weeks. Did receive an email with many personal questions - including birth date, salary, address etc etc. Still no answer when I could view the house. After a second follow-up email still heard nothing, so called again and turned out that the landlord did not allow pets. There was no explicit mention on their website advertisement and also they themselves were too lazy to respond to my messages. When I gave this feedback they only wanted to end the conversation. No understanding at all for the situation of housing seekers and not professional. Avoid them is my advice (which I myself will also do from now on). A pity....
