If I could give 0 stars, I would have preferred to do so. Ivo spreads all his invented “success stories” around and doesn’t shy away from circulating privacy-sensitive data of clients and family members as if it's nothing. He has had multiple profiles on Google with nothing but mega bad reviews. Now suddenly a lot of suspicious (bought?) positive reviews. It won't be long before another new profile appears because it is flowing again with negative reviews. That’s what you get when you think you are a realtor but only leave piles of rubble behind. Ivo is not affiliated with anything!!! Think before you begin……

Don't go into business with this man, he will pressure you for the money of that advance payment. He has very nice stories but doesn't listen to your story at all. He doesn't lose sleep over private information and likes to tell people's stories to other people. He can’t show anything in black and white, only tells things. Also, he doesn’t forget to mention how dangerous he himself is, how he got the residents out when things weren’t going right, and that he knows many dangerous people. It all became very vague when I left him at 4:30 PM, and then received a message the next morning at 8:30 AM saying, yes or no, the money wasn't transferred so he just let it go. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!

Whoever is looking for a special experience should engage Ivo Timmers. In a tangle of words, all his successful projects are reviewed, including all private information about his clients and his family. In everything, he is a specialist and everyone likes to work for and with him. Problems are no problem for him, because he is a familiar face at the judiciary and legal profession. So do business with him and discover for yourself that he is not a pathological liar and a psychopathic fraudster. If he doesn't keep his word, it’s really not his fault. Be sure to pay the advance he asks for in order to work well and quickly and especially provide him with a loan if he temporarily has a cash problem. Payments are due within 14 days with him. Refunds or payments to subcontractors take a little longer, however. Smoking his own chimney takes precedence.

One star is still too much. For this fraudulent broker photographed several homes but payment no way. Unfortunately, I am not the only one.. Also many empty promises both with me and fellow victims. Stay away from him!!!!

People, be careful with this “broker” and do your own research BEFORE you go into business with this man. DO YOUR RESEARCH and ask around in the world of real estate agents, especially family/acquaintances, about this company.

Heldere uitleg, alles op tijd en volgens afspraak.

Recent een appartement verkocht via deze makelaar. Tevens gebruik gemaakt van de services bij de aankoop van het nieuwe huis. Alles goed verzorgt en duidelijk gecommuniceerd. Ik wist ten alle tijden waar ik aan toe was. Bovendien is de omgang uiterst vriendelijk en persoonlijk.

Vorige week bij deze makelaardij geweest waar mijn dochter haar voorlopig koopcontract heeft getekend. De eerste ontmoeting met de makelaar die het huis in verkoop had was vreselijk dwingend alles moest liefst gisteren geregeld zijn, totaal geen rekening houden met de agenda van de koper. Onze adviseur was met vakantie waardoor het voorlopig koopcontract niet gecheckt kon worden. De verkoper had al getekend en wij moesten een dag later komen tekenen de reden was dat de makelaar meer gegadigden had en zekerheid wilde. De zekerheid had hij overigens al gekregen door volledige inzage in onze financiele gegevens die we hem hadden gegeven. We zitten nu 2 weken na de eerste bezichtiging waarbij we al een keer op kantoor zijn geweest om de gegevens te verstrekken dubbel werk want mijn adviseur had ze ook na zijn weekje vakantie kunnen toesturen.De daarop volgende week heeft hij meerdere malen gebeld en zeer dwingend de voicemail ingesproken. Mijn dochter was tijdig op de afspraak die afgelopen week heeft plaatsgevonden en ik kwam iets later binnen. Mijn dochter gaf aan dat onze adviseur op enkele kleine aanpassingen 5 minuten geleden telefonisch groen licht had gegeven om te tekenen. Ik heb toen aan de makelaar aangegeven dat ik hem erg dwingend vind en dat wij als koper rechten hebben om een koopcontract te laten controleren door onze adviseur. Hij bleef maar hameren op t feit dat hij al 30 jaar contracten maakt en weet hoe het moet, dat zal vast zo zijn maar wij zijn leken dus ik wil het laten checken. Hij gaf aan dat t te lang ging duren en er nog neer kopers waren , ik zei toen dat dit niets moet uitmaken wij hebben als koper ook rechten. Deze man zei toen ik vind dat jij een grote bek hebt en dit op een zeer intimiderende manier. Ik heb toen gezegd dat ik hem alles behalve sociaal vond en dat ik een revieuw zou gaan schrijven en zeker geen reclame maak voor zijn diensten en hier na vandaag hopenlijk nooit meer hoef te komen. Hierop gaf de de heer aan dat ik maar eens voorzichtig moest zijn met wat ik doe of zeg want hij zou er nog voor kunnen zorgen dat wij t huis niet krijgen. Dit was ook weer erg intimiderend. Ik gaf aan dat volgens mij de verkoper hier ook nog iets over te zeggen heeft waarop hij zei dat dit zeker niet zo was. Later stuurde hij een mail naar onze adviseur waar in stond dat ik de invloed van de makelaar onderschat, hier is zeker sprake van een machtspositie. Klant is koning is hier ver te zoeken daar mij inziens. Hier laat ik mij zeker niet door tegenhouden om dit nu te posten. Een gebeurtenis die bijzonder zou moeten zijn voor mijn dochter werd voor mijn gevoel door een zeer intimiderend persoon een ware nachtmerrie, hopenlijk brengt het huis ons meer plezier. Meneer de makelaar onderschat mij niet als geintimideerde koper.
