I was completely wrongly blamed for things (by Raymond) that I had nothing to do with.. If he doesn't like you for some reason, he will annoy you. Maybe he was bullied as a child and is now selectively seeking revenge on people or didn't have proper upbringing. I am at least very relieved that I now have a home from another real estate agent

This is a really bad realtor. They discriminate against people. They don't give good homes to foreigners. They keep these only for Dutch people and they always have difficult excuses.

For us, it was the first time we did business with this company regarding renting out a stay. Hey everyone, This agency is totally unprofessional and questionable with respect to professional ethics. If you want a good experience for renting an apartment, you must not go to this agency. For example, they charge you ridiculous price for whatever service, (see 500 euros for removing a mattress). Also, I didn’t leave the place dirty as they say. A special experience.. Our eye fell on a beautiful house with 2 house numbers and the corresponding permit for rental at the Eygelshovergracht in Kerkrade. After making an appointment, we were able to view it that same day. So far, nothing but praise for Mr. Vijgen's response speed. What disappointed us was that the property did not have a permit at all, but only enjoyed an entry in the BAG register. A friendly real estate agent who pointed out the missing documents was almost laughed out of the room. At his request, I contacted the municipality, which informed me of the absence of the documents in the archive. In other words, ILLEGAL. Mr. Vijgen was idiomatically kicked up a notch. There followed childish communication where Mr. Vijgen didn't let us know anything for a week and reacted sharply to even the slightest question that he wasn’t pleased with our questions. Disappointed but still interested, we informed Mr. Vijgen that we had commissioned an appraiser to value the property so as to place a bid on the house. 3 hours after the appraisal, we called Mr. Vijgen twice and sent a message to find out that the property had been quickly sold to a third party. The fact that this real estate agent falsely informs both us and the buyers and fails to do justice to the seller by not hearing their offer does not surprise me. Not affiliated with any professional association, it wouldn't surprise me if the real estate agent turns out to be the new owner of this property.
