The property I made an offer on was sold to another party. A few weeks later, I was called asking if I was still interested because the sale wouldn't go through definitively. However, the contract had already been signed and ran until 26-05. I had to wait for that and I did. After 26-05, I heard nothing more and called them myself with the answer being you just have to wait. So I never received an answer to the question of whether the property was now sold or not. Hope was given to me after which I heard nothing from them. They could at least have contacted me to provide clarity! On FB, I didn't want to recommend them but it flips over to being recommended and why it is recommended. Easy way to get those reviews. What a shame, especially now that it’s increasingly appearing on TV that real estate agencies are taking other paths, unfortunately, but I have that feeling now.
